Happy Halloween! We had a great evening with dinner, games, music, trick-or-treating and funny kids running around.

Ending the night with a snuggle. The kids were asleep in an instant, exhausted from all the excitement.

Gabe graduated to a toddler bed and LOVES it. He drags all of his toys, books, and cars in with him and plays till he falls asleep hanging off the bed.

It's been a busy month.

Our sweet nephew Treven David Roepke was born October 5th, a darling little boy!

Gabriel adores him, he seems to have a thing for babies!

Happy 30th to me!

I went on a sunset horseback ride through the aspens in the mountains. It was gorgeous, cold, and smelled heavenly. We had a lovely time!

And then Aaron threw me a surprise party. A very big SURPRISE. Love you honey, thanks for making 30 special!

Fall

My absolute favorite time of the year.

Pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin lattes, pumpkins pumpkins pumpkins.

We had our Sunday family day outside playing, reading, doing crafts, having picnics, cleaning, getting ready for the snow that will bury any forgotten toy, sandbox, old sandwich or sippy cup that comes out pretty gross and soggy when Spring rolls around.
