We went up to the mountains to see the changing leaves and have a little campfire. We LOVE fall around here. Our little camera doesn't do justice but it was beautiful and we had a great time!

Happy 6th Anniversary~

For our 6th anniversary we decided to revisit the wedding! We went back to the bed and breakfast where we spent our honeymoon (or at least 4 hours of it), the wedding site, went cliff jumping (Aaron made me) and played around in South Fork. It was relaxing and fun, we had a marvelous time!

Train Ride to La Veta

For our end of the summer hurrah we decided to step back a centruy and take the steam locomotive over the pass to La Veta. The train boards in Alamosa at 9:00 a.m. arrives in La Veta for lunch and turns around and brings you back into Alamosa in time for dinner. Traveling at 35 miles per hour used to be the fasted form of travel. It was an enjoyable day.

The Zoo!

We went to the zoo for a last hurrah before Aaron and Ilon started school. Funny how we loved the Colorado exhibits with the grizzlies, moose, and wolves the best!
