Epiphany

I've been feeling a little down lately and wondered why. Then I started thinking... I'm reading a book on a burned victim from Afghanistan, watched the movie John Q last night, started watching the news at the health club (Heaven forbid), and work in an ICU where pretty much nobody is really actually happy to be hanging out with you.

SO it is really refreshing when your kids bring you back to reality. Or at least the good part of reality. Ilon comes dancing in the other day singing:

" We are all sweet, we are all family, we all drink beer!" Really, we don't give our children beer. I swear. But it was definitely funny, and brightened my day.

I'll be adding some light reading and funny movies in the near future.
